Lotus Root Counseling PLLC is seeking full-time licensed mental health clinicians to join our growing practice. Based in Chicago, Illinois, we are a fully virtual practice passionate about providing culturally responsive, affirming care to multicultural communities, including Asian, BIPOC, immigrant, LGBTQIA+, and other historically underserved populations.
We welcome applications from master’s-level clinicians and doctoral-level clinicians, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPCs), and Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD/PsyD).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
- Current provisional or independent clinical licensure in Illinois, such as LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP/PsyD).
- At least one year of client-facing clinical experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple responsibilities, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Reliable, proactive, and accountable in meeting professional obligations.
- Previous full-time work experience in a private practice setting is strongly preferred.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
